Our mission at Under My Wings LLC is to empower and support the youth in our community to become leaders and make a positive impact on the world around them. We provide a variety of programs and resources to help young people develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in life.

About the Founder of UMW
Martha Jones is the owner & founder of Under My Wings, LLC. With a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education, Master of Science in Sports Management, Master of Business Administration, & 20+ years with youth, Ms. Jones founded UMW with a mission to fight poverty & violence through sports, education, and music.
